Balloon Bash

This card highlights many items from the new Occasions Catalog. The card base is just Basic Black card stock, the next layer is from the Birthday Bash Designer Series Paper (pg 12). The stamped black layer is actually Chalkboard Paper (pg. 25). The image is from the Balloon Bash stamp set (pg. 13). The main image is stamped in the new Color Box Chalk Ink (pg. 25 - Rose Coral) and the banner is stamped again in Whisper White ink, cut out and attached with Dimensionals.
